Joy Pangerl established her own CPA firm in 1993 in a one room office in downtown Pine City. She answered phones, prepared taxes, performed audits, cleaned and took out the trash. Today the firm has grown to two partners and six staff and has outgrown the original office. In the fall of 2003 JR Pangerl Ltd moved to its current location. We now prepare over 1,100 personal tax returns and more than 125 corporate and partnership returns. We also perform at least 15 non-profit audits and reviews annually, as well as preparing the related information returns

The core of our client base continues to be family-owned, owner managed businesses. We have also made our mark in non-profit sector as well as in manufacturing, construction and other industries.
